ec51495221 Bugfix for xBRZ 1.4
They forgot to add the `<cmath>`, as was already noted in
[here](https://github.com/atheros/xbrzscale/issues/6).
This will most likely not be fixed upstream.

574385c9e4 Fix for compilation
The compilation of xBRZ needs the flag -std=c++11 which isn't correctly
passed by CMake, at least in macOS. Added it to the corresponding
CMakeLists.tex

This also adds the flag when compiling under Linux
as well as macOS.
