This implementation creates a temporary file (suffixed with .tmp) and
renames it to the expected file name when the file is closed.
If the renaming fails, the destination file is removed and renaming is
tried again to handle cases where renaming over an existing file is not
supported by the underlying OS.
When creating an atomic write stream, the file is only created once it
is closed.
This can be done using a temporary file.
This commit only adds the API but not the proper implementation.
zlib is used when available and falls back on gzio.
This allows performance improvements as our CRC32 and gzio
implementations are slower than base zlib.
As zlib is available when libpng is present, this is sensible to
benefit from it.
With the recent v7/v8 changes in the SCUMM engine, trying to run a v7/v8
SCUMM game is not a nice user experience anymore, because the game just
won't fit in the limited default memory available on Dreamcast anymore.
This is also a problem for some other engines on this platform, but the
SCUMM engine being one of the most popular engines, quite a lot of users
end up burning a toast CD-R on their Dreamcast until they figure out
that only SCUMMv6 and earlier still work nowadays (with some limitations
too). Disabling v7/v8 from the SCUMM engine plugin should also free up
some memory for a better experience with earlier SCUMM titles.

It looks like the _videoMode.overlayHeight in SurfaceSdlGraphicsManager::grabOverlay and ThemeEngine::_backBuffer::h are somehow out of sync after
starting the game in a different resolution as the gui was started with. So the overlayHeight is updated - but the backbuffer (Surface) is not resized.
This is with event recorder being active - right after starting the game and switching the resolution.
