Added the following common directories and files to prepare for Unified Themes as discussed on #341. • sounds • fonts • cfg • scripts • devtools I'm not sure why this pull release has an updated PS2 Biochromatic pad. It's a smaller file size and a the colors are a bit brighter.

Font Colophon
- Automatic and Systematic themes use the Titilium Web Regular typeface by the Accademia di Belle Arti di Urbino covered under the Open Font License.
- Dot-Art, Monochrome and Ozone themes use the M+ P Type-1 typefaces by the M+ Fonts Project covered under the Free License.
- FlatUI theme uses the Open Sans typeface by the Steve Matteson covered under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
- Retroactive and Neoactive themes use the Metrophobic typeface by Vernon Adams covered under the Open Font License.
- Retrosystem theme uses the DejaVu Sans under a free License
