Fixed the identification of the directory where the configuration files are saved. 
When the flatpak package was run, the emulator (https://github.com/punesemu/puNES/issues/213) failed to save the configuration files because it was trying to write to the wrong directory.

Added the ability to start FDS emulation without inserting a disk (basically just start the bios). 
Menu "NES -> Start FDS Emulation without Disk".
Useless but fun option.
