Changed the systems sorting platform from 'Peripheral' to 'Console' for the fds, megacd, megacdjp, n64dd, pcenginecd, satellaview, sega32x, sega32xjp, sega32xna, segacd, sgb, sufami and tg-cd systems
Also changed the platform and release year for the fmtowns system as it was incorrectly referring to the Marty console instead of a computer
