d720c1d94a Built-in hotkeys for full-screen, pseudo-fs, opening game, Alt+F4 
* Alt+Enter to toggle full-screen mode;
* Shift+Enter to toggle pseudo-full-screen mode;
* Ctrl+O to open a game;
* Alt+F4 now works in full-screen mode.
