rpi: rollback to older kernel/firmware version
...
since version 3.5.1 users reported issues with 4K displays not
initializing on every boot. after reverting to kernel/fw version used in
Lakka v3.5 the issue seems to be gone.

busybox: make the .update folder world-writable
...
in case user wants to copy update file from a pc to a disk mounted with
user privileges, the write to this folder is not permitted and root
privileges are required. making the folder "world-writable" allows
writing to this folder also with regular user permissions.

* tic80: Update TIC-80 and disable mruby builds
This change updates to the latest upstream from TIC-80, as well as explicitly disables mruby. MRuby has been causing some compilation errors on lesser-known platforms.
* tic80: Reference the libretro git repository
This will make the buildbot and Lakka always target the same commit hash, as it's handled as a submodule over at https://github.com/libretro/TIC-80 .
