beetle-saturn: update and add the core back to list (#1320)

size was increased, the core can be included again.

Lakka 3 - final changes before release (#1307) 
* Generic: use global size for system parition

* build_all: remove unsupported targets, fix rpi 64bit

and do not remove stamps/packages from build folders - this is done by
the scripts when needed

* Lakka: bump to 3.0
