896ac4a682 Update documentation. 
- Convert http to https, provide archive link when possible.
- Made CPU-JIT.png more readable on dark themes;
Added a white background so there isn't black text on a black
background.

83ddf27392 [Test] Fix build_bin_path for case sensitive FS 
Match xenia-build and premake configuration and platform capitalization with
only first letter capitalized in filesystem (Debug, Checked, Released, Linux,
Windows, etc).
Fix xenia-build test command on linux systems.

* Python 3 support

* Fix import_vs_environment in xenia-build

201f907beb - Fix check in xenia-build so it properly recognizes when Visual Studio is not detected. 
- Point the user to the building guide instead of just mentioning the envvar.
