d79251f0fc ipack: remove use of __devinitconst 
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option so __devinitconst is no
longer needed.

27cf2d1b87 ipack: remove ipack_ids.h file 
Its contents are merged into ipack.h. So this file is not needed.

Doing that, it simplifies the ipack-related driver development.
