Subject: [PATCH] [PATCH] x86_64: Remove hack to manually enable HPET on
 AMD8111 southbridges

Remove #ifdefed code to manually enable HPET on AMD8111, where the
BIOS doesn't have ACPI HPET tables and doesn't enable it for us.
