PCI: pciehp: Use symbolic constants, not hard-coded bitmask
Use the PCI_EXP_SLTSTA definitions, not 0x1f, when clearing Slot Status bits. No functional change. Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>
