Chad Margetts d3e08283a9 Added Directories for Unified Themes
Added the following common directories and files to prepare for Unified Themes as discussed on #341.

• sounds
• fonts
• cfg
• scripts
• devtools

I'm not sure why this pull release has an updated PS2 Biochromatic pad.  It's a smaller file size and a the colors are a bit brighter.
