- "Handheld Electronic Game - GW" to "Nintendo - Game & Watch"
To be consistent with No-Intro naming, the files for the GP2X and Caanoo have been renamed. The word "Holdings" has been removed.
Game Park created the GP32 but went bankrupt in 2007. GamePark Holdings was founded by former employees who released the GP2X, GP2X Wiz and Caanoo.
Originally, the files were named to reflect the fact that two different companies released these handhelds. No-Intro is not making that distinction at this time, so this PR will make it so Libretro theme icons are consistent with the DAT-O-Matic.
Lots and lots of assets had the executable bit set, so clear it - not an
issue on Windows, but odd for those on Linux. Also ensure scripts have
the executable bit set.
Deleted Super NES Hacks icons since the DAT was deprecated and removed in No-Intro. Renamed PocketStation, Play-Yan and Mario no Photopi SmartMedia to reflect the current No-Intro naming in the DAT-O-Matic.
The Automatic and Systematic themes have been setup in universal theme directories at the root level of the repository. The source SVG files from RetroActive and NeoActive have been archived at baxy-retroarch-themes for their eventual retirement once universal themes have been fully implemented.
The following system icons have been added for Automatic, FlatUX, Monochrome and Systematic. Most are additions that come from the No-Intro Dat-O-Matic, but a few have been added to bring other themes up to par with Systematic.

To better match the Libretro DB, "XBOX" has been renamed to "Xbox." This may have to change back down the line if it's decided to match the file names of the No-Intro DAT files. Also, some old netplay icons were removed from Retroactive to be consistent with other themes.

Names have been changed for Xbox, CD32 and FBneo to reflect changes in the Libretro database and No-Intro sets.
Per conversation on #341, source SVG files have been created using the Material Design icons from Google as a foundation. Minor name changes have been made to some Atari Pong files to prepare for a common set of icons that are currently being prepared for a future PR.
Not quite sure what happened but this is a continuation of the last commit.
- Renamed XBOX to Xbox, Wii (DLC) to Wii (Digital) and Quake 2 and 3 with roman numerals to match up with the naming of the database RDB files.
- Re-created Retroactive & Neoactive PNG files using updated script to address 'white' transparent pixel issue discussed at libretro#347.
Updated sizes of Setting and Subsetting icons to be consistent with the UI, per issue #325. Added a few system and media icons to Retroactive to bring it closer inline with Systematic.
The following changes are for the Automatic, Systematic, Retroactive and Neoactive themes:
- Added Cannonball, Flashback and other icons for the Libretro database per #209.
- Removed RPG Maker 2000 and 2003 in favor of a new "RPG Maker" icon design per #304.
- Added battery percentage icons for remaining themes that were not covered by #306.
- Other updates to complete the to-do list at #303.
Since RPG Maker 200* is now just "RPG Maker", this pull request removes the 2003 one, and renames 2000 to "RPG Maker". Note that it doesn't update the SVGs to remove "2000". It just does the first step, we'll want to take that on afterwards.
