Added the Systematic SVG files to the /src/xmb/ directory. Changed the font to Titilium Web Regular. Refreshed the files in the /xmb/systematic directory. Added about 50 new icons to the set.
Renamed Sega and NEC systems with model numbers found at segaretro.org and necretro.org. Added PC Engine LT, Super CD-ROM2, Famicom Twin, Panasonic Q, New 2DS XL colors, iQue, 3DO Alive II and Mega CD/Sega CD Model 1 with open disc tray. Changed ChaiLove to reflect new design. Fixed New 3DS (#198) pointer and battery icons based on feedback in the Libretro Forum and GitHub Issue pages.
Based on feedback on the Libretro forum and Issue #180 I added XEGS and
MAME icons. The setting icon has also been changed from a set of gears
to a pair of I/O toggle switches to better reflect the settings that
can be changed in the menus.
