Names have been changed for Xbox, CD32 and FBneo to reflect changes in the Libretro database and No-Intro sets.
Not quite sure what happened but this is a continuation of the last commit.
- Renamed XBOX to Xbox, Wii (DLC) to Wii (Digital) and Quake 2 and 3 with roman numerals to match up with the naming of the database RDB files.
- Re-created Retroactive & Neoactive PNG files using updated script to address 'white' transparent pixel issue discussed at libretro#347.
Added icons to address Issues #299 and #303, including:
- Outrun (Cannonball)
- REminiscence (Flashback)
- 3DS, DSi, PS3 and PSP icons that are referred to at db.libretro.com
- Removed "2000" from RPG Maker icon
Since RPG Maker 200* is now just "RPG Maker", this pull request removes the 2003 one, and renames 2000 to "RPG Maker". Note that it doesn't update the SVGs to remove "2000". It just does the first step, we'll want to take that on afterwards.
