77acd0729f Use the latch in dialogs throughout. 
This makes it so that rapid fire works for them as well.

2d3f0758c1 Dynamically manage PPGe images so 50+ are okay. 
Otherwise, we try to allocate all at once and could run out of ram.

Should fix #2242.

0f7f90d0ac Added windows changes for a unified build. Added Dialog fix which 
prevented from saving after going online. Added windows « errno » use
redefinition to suit WSAGetLastError and protocl needs.
