331d024a8c Add a flags parameter to InvalidateCachedState and rename it Invalidate.
Also rename the old InvalidationFlags enum to InvalidateCallbackFlags.

90d395a10d Remove "attachment" parameter from BindFramebufferAsTexture everywhere.
Not actually useful since our framebuffer objects don't support multiple
color images, and probably won't ever need to.

7ec62a32b4 GPU: More consistently clear ptrs on DeviceLost().
Rather get a null pointer crash than confusing buggy use-after-free
excitement.

7bbaae492b Postshader: Let shaders use the previous frame.
This is useful for i.e. simulating the slow update speed of the PSP's LCD
screen, but could in theory be used for other effects.
