Richard Goedeken	edbee1680a	new feature: hit F9 for soft reset. According to N64 manuals, this is a 2-step operation: first an external HW2 interrupt fires, and 0.5 seconds later an NMI fires. Im not sure if the HW2 interrupt is proceeding properly; it will require some work with the debugger to walk through this.
