Richard Goedeken	dbb6637e96	Added rumble pak support to blight_input. Tested with logitech rumblepad 2 and starfox 64; works. Requires kernel support (HID force feedback + drivers) and permissions on /dev/input/event* special file. Two new buttons are mapped to insert rumblepak and insert mempak functions.
