89a9b66303 Update supplementary.shinc 
GoodGen (part of the [GoodTools Suite](http://www.allgoodthings.us/)) changes the extensions of all matched roms to `.gen`.  This change lets you audit your roms and immediately use them.

7c0a20bb30 Add a text based joypad setup script 
Text based input configuration. 
-try to setup every connected joypad.
-add a autoconfig file of every joypad under /RetroPie/emulators/RetroArch/configs/<nameofjoystick>.cfg
-add every joystick to /.emulationstation/es_input.cfg
-add every joystick to /.gngeo/gngeorc.retropie
-the script can be run as often as necessary.

-Check if gngeorc and dgenrc exist. 
-Fix hotkey button.
-Change special button key binding:
select+start = exit
select+l = load state
select+r = save state
select+left = last state
select+right = next state
select+x = RGUI
select+b = reset

Don't overwrite existing files. Write dummy files. Start.py merges dummy files with main config files.

90fbad29a3 ES-config: Start.sh replacment 
ES-config overwrites existing config files. This python script merges two config files to overcome this problem.

Next step:
-change settings.xml
-supplementary.shinc/sup_configure_esconfig: add Start.py
-supplementary.shinc/sup_generate_esconfig: Input Config replace Start.sh
