Zhang Ning cf45640256 game.libretro.mrboom: fix build issue and update to 5.2 
due to GET_HANDLER_SUPPORT limited to archive, libretro.mrboom has gitsubmodule,
which will not include in githun's defualt release tar.gz, thus build failed.

reset package url to https://github.com/Javanaise/mrboom-libretro, and download source from this site.

BTW: update to 5.2, fix license
