07446da506 rockchip: enable HEVC (8/10 bit) and VP9 (8 bit) decoding on RK3328 and RK3399 
This should really be seen as WIP, since not all (HEVC) respectively very
few (VP9) samples are decoded / rendered correctly.

6528f66833 rockchip: kodi: add workaround for rendering sw-decoded content on mali4x0 GPUs 
Current upstream mesa has a shortcoming for YUV12 to XR24 conversion
so that DRMPRIMEGLES conversion cannot be used (for details see
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/4074)

This adds a patch to kodi to not use this on lima GPUs and allow
proper fallback to LinuxRendererGLES where shaders are used and the
conversion is working.

2a0144adc9 Allwinner: u-boot: add patch for setting fixed MAC address 
By default, u-boot generates a random MAC address for the ethernet
interface. This patch makes u-boot use a fixed, per-device, locally
administered address instead, based on the CPU serial number.

2fdec1adac u-boot: fix build for sunxi 
This script is sourced in u-boot's package.mk, 'exit 0' just makes
building a no-op.

Suppress errors from uboot_helper instead.

706d689039 Allwinner: atf: Don't enable all regulators 
Some boards, like OrangePi 3, needs special power on sequence for some
regulators. Leave that to kernel.

Note: This is workaround. Possible solution was already discussed and
fix will likely be included in one of the next ATF versions.
