46794d3605 retroarch: replace patch for rumble gain 
instead of reverting the whole commit, the rumble gain code will be not
compiled for `HAVE_LAKKA_SWITCH`, where it caused issues

add patch to remove changes to rumble gain, as it breaks controlls on
Nintendo Switch port (probably issue with the driver, needs to be looked

54e7f6fbaf Revert "Bump Retroarch to v1.9.10 stable" 
This reverts commit 27ed50cb2a.

Regression in Allwinner Cha (lock-up / freeze) and Nintendo Switch
(erratic controls in menu / in core). Update to HEAD as of today does
not fix the regression.

* wireguard: build out of tree module only for specific targets

the kernel currently used for these targets does not have
CONFIG_WIREGUARD, so they need wireguard-linux-compat package

86441fdd05 retroarch-patch: remove bluetooth device pairing 
pressing the START button removes the device pairing. useful in case
the device (e.g. gamepad) was paired with a different adapter/computer
and needs to be paired again with current adapter/computer.

to pair again, RetroArch needs to be restarted, so the device list is
populated again.

* Current supported allwinner family is too weak to go more,
also due to the soc capability to reach 4k resolutions on lakka it ruins
the experience. Lets avoid this.

fc2b556572 drop obsolete playlist/core association 
settings `playlist_names` and `playlist_cores` are not used by RetroArch
anymore, default core for a playlist is not stored in `retroarch.cfg`.
