813e9a29bb RPi2: increase CMA size to 384MB 
The default of 256MB often leads to kodi crashes because mesa driver can't
allocate memory for textures / images.

- update kernel_options from upstream
- update RPi3 linux config based on kernel_options
  (tools/check_kernel_config)
- update linux package - remove manual setting of config options where
  not necessary (these options are already set as needed in the default
  kernel configuration file)
