which allows us to drop the large RPi support patch.
Current githash is for kernel 4.14.24

properly set ARCH, CROSS_COMPILE, LDFLAGS and JOBS.
This fixes build failure on aarch64 / kernel 4.4 and feature
detection issues due to LTO warnings on 32bit Rockchip builds.

linux: fix copying device tree image for multi-dtb Amlogic targets

After multi-dtb support was introduced, device tree blob name is always dtb.img. We can copy that file to SD card image.
