7273d94094 multimedia-tools: cleanup and use the "sysroot" build flag 
As with system-tools before.

Use PKG_DEPENDS_CONFIG where appropriate.

21edac7e00 mpg123: drop dependency on SDL2 
mpg123 only checks for SDL, not SDL2, so we only built mpg123 with
alsa, oss and pulse support (which is enough) and we ca drop the SDL2
dependency.
