a1d99aa1c6 crust: add SCP firmware for sunxi SoCs 
Crust improves battery life and thermal performance by implementing a deep
sleep state. During deep sleep, the CPU cores, the DRAM controller, and most
onboard peripherals are powered down, reducing power consumption by 80% or more
compared to an idle device. On boards without a PMIC, Crust is also responsible
for orderly power-off and power-on of the device.

c88a508544 bcm2835-bootloader: check config.txt version in update.sh 
Replace current config.txt with default version if the version
info is missing or below the required minimum version.

This is needed to roll out required changes if users update from
LibreELEC 9.x

73704db1f5 bcm2835-bootloader: cleanup config.txt 
Drop commented-out hdmi_force_hotplug option which won't work
anymore with KMS and force_turbo=0 which is already the default.

Fix URL to config.txt documentation (aligned with shorturl from
RPiOS).

Cleanup comments, fix typos.
