Dolphin save state symlink fix (#358) 
* corrects initial dolphin savestate symlink
* adds initial dolphin/primehack state migration
* dolphin state migration updates
* moves states to $savesPath
* dolphin migrate on update + runs before setup
* avoids hardcoded moveSaveFolder

0fb400c507 Add ScummVM SRM Support 
Add ScummVM Flatpak

To use ScummVM in SRM, you must name the game folder "any name.scummvm"
this will parse Any Name and launch the folder contents with AutoDetect game

This is an optional folder for people to use to store patches and dlcs for ryujinx. This emulator keeps them in place once added to a game
