Update Cemu volume from 50% to 100% in the initial settings

53310e88c4 Cemu xml changes 
removed the gamepath and use xmlstarlet to add the entry.
In the case the user has an existing xml file, we will just add our path to the entries.

moved xmlstarlet to a new folder called binaries.

update Controller Profile for Cemu 
Update Controller Profile for CEmu so it uses gamepad and has gyro enabled and ready to roll by default.
