Stefan Reinauer fe23cd79ba Add x86emu support. This adds initial x86emu/vm86 support to LinuxBIOSv3 ... This is an infrastructure patch, it will not make vga output work yet. Another patch will follow. This code is imported from LinuxBIOSv2 which had this code imported from LinuxBIOSv1.
