We are experimenting a bit here; we are going to put all protos for lib/*.c into this file. Experience has shown this will not be a large or messy set of protos. Plan 9 has used this technique and it works well, as it avoids 100 files with one prototype per file. If you can't trust Ken Thompson, who can you trust? Signed-off-by: Ronald G.
