Patrick Georgi	b88d57c2d4	futility: don't pass toolchain flags into futility's build ... cros_sdk puts weird stuff into CFLAGS and LDFLAGS and we never care because we don't use CFLAGS. futility's Makefiles do. Martin Roth	ca55f0a0ea	util/futility: trivial - Add distclean target ... The what-jenkins-does build runs distclean when building the utilities. It doesn't fail the build if distclean fails, but it generates a scary warning.
