zbao	f35f5ff3cd	buildgcc: Fix the binutils-no-doc patch with 2.25 The binutils-2.25 has added some new line, making the hunk move downward a little. The utility patch can fix the offset with "fuzz" message. So, recreate the patch to avoid that message.
