Default it to no to be consistent with the other architecture wide options (endianness), and turn it on explicitly for x86 and PowerPC. Stefan Reinauer	c9f35f5300	libpayload: Fix license headers ... Not only were these files checked in with the Chromium OS Authors copyright, but in addition they were wrongly licensed as GPL.
