Remove a broken proto from a c file.
Fix protos etc. per uwe's request for const where it made
sense.

note that the payload is now payload/segment0, payload/segment1, etc. I've extended
linuxbios to look for these. Note that you can now see all the things
that get loaded ;they're no longer hidden in an ELF header somewhere.
Elf failures are gone!
Note that I've left legacy elf support in, for now, but recommend we
get rid of it as soon as possible.
patch attached. This is a first pass. lar.c needs some refactoring but
I want to get the cmdline going. You can now have a linux payload and
it will uncompress with no problems.
This has been tested with filo and BOCHS.

- Simplify lots of code, especially msr-related code.
- Move struct msrinit declaration into msr.h as we use it quite often
and there's no use to duplicate it again and again in each file.

Also, drop all copyright lines except (C) 2007 AMD, as this code is
a straight copy of msr_init() in the v2 Norwich target, and that file
only contains the (C) 2007 AMD line.
Finally, I think this patch also fixes a (copy+paste) bug, the MSRs
written should not be
MSR_GLIU0_BASE1, MSR_GLIU0_BASE2, MSR_GLIU1_BASE1, MSR_GLIU0_BASE2
but rather
MSR_GLIU0_BASE1, MSR_GLIU0_BASE2, MSR_GLIU1_BASE1, MSR_GLIU1_BASE2
(note MSR_GLIU0_BASE2 vs. MSR_GLIU1_BASE2)
Untested on real hardware, of course.

Why? This way we don't need to recompile the image when the size of the
LinuxBIOS image changes. This alows building images for 50 motherboards
and equipping each with 10 payloads, resulting in 500 images while you
only have to build each payload once and each motherboard, too.
There's also a small "fix" allowing the compression type to be case
insensitive. Not really relevant I guess.

stage 1. This is part of a general change in startup due to the move
from V2 to V3.
The LX is complex and in this case much work must be done, we don't
expect all platforms to be this way.
We will probably be changined these names from eary_* to stage1.c
to make it easier for people to know what's going on.

These are changes needed for geode lx. Also, we are moving CPU bug fixes
into initram. This simplifies the code and, also, guarantees that
cpu bugs won't cause trouble to initram.
All LX targets compile. Most of these changes have been run by
the list.

There are some details that could be discussed (eg. I could avoid the
duplication of LZMA_OBJ, but that would mean using ::-rules in
util/lzma/Makefile with whatever side effects those bring, or
by splitting them into a separate file), but I tried it here, and it works.

- Everything in include/cpu/generic/x86/arch/* goes into
include/arch/x86 now.
- include/cpu/generic/x86/div64.h moves into include/arch/x86, too.
- The former include/cpu/generic/x86/arch/elf.h moved to
include/arch/x86/archelf.h, as elf.h already exists in include/
and we must prevent a name clash.
